The next best thing to sipping on a glass of refreshing rosé is not having to save up your carbs all day for it. Thankfully, winemakers have figured out how to deliver on taste in magically low-sugar ways.

(Did you know sugar, fiber, and starches make up carbohydrates?)

To find out which ones are worth your money and taste buds, we put a bunch of bottles and cans to the test (I know, hard work over here) and can firmly say these low-sugar rosés don’t disappoint. In no particular order, we really liked:

Stoller Family Estate

Housed on the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills, you’ll find Stoller Family Estate — whose VP of Winemaking, Melissa Burr, was named one of the Most Inspiring Women in Wine by Town & Country Magazine last year. Which is pretty awesome. And so is their 2021 Stoller Family Estate Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Rosé, which has about 0.1% residual sugar and is estimated to be between 135 and 165 calories per serving. Think aromatics of pomelo, hood strawberry, and white nectarine.. Mmm.

Rosé All Day

Rose all day is more than just a catchphrase for rose lovers, it’s also a growing brand. At 75 calories and only .01g of sugar per serving, Rosé All Day’s rosé looks great on paper, and thankfully, it’s damn tasty too. Harvested and bottled in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, their product smells of watermelon and strawberry and is available in bottles and cans with and without bubbles. There’s a thousand ways to enjoy your rose but we recommend this one chilled alongside sushi — YUM.

FitVine

Based in California, FitVine Wines is all about blending up guilt-free wines that fitness lovers can enjoy without worrying about their next workout. Their rosé clocks in at just .09g of sugar, 2.8g of carbs, and 112 calories per 5oz glass — and tastes and smells like summer. We agree with this one reviewer on their site: “Not too sweet, just the way I like it. Perfect for sipping all summer.”

Bev

Okay, we’re just as obsessed with this brand as we are their rosé, which comes in individual cans and is made with ZERO sugar. But back to their brand for sec. According to their website, “Bev is made by chicks, but it’s made for everyone. We believe that real change will come when women and men work together as equals and hold each other accountable in social spaces. Grab a Bev, grab a friend.” Love to see it. And about their rosé? Strawberry, raspberry, white peach, and watermelon come together in a crisp, dry, slightly carbonated blend of heaven.

Liquid Light

Gotta say, we love wine labels that are not only pretty to display, but contain all the nutrition info right there in plain sight. Liquid Light Rosé out of Washington State is 90 calories, 2g carbs, and less than 1g sugar per 5oz glass. You can taste the strawberry, peach, and pink grapefruit almost immediately, and the aftertaste on this one is delish. If bright and fruity is your thing, grab a bottle (or three).
